Choose the Category (‘BOY’,’GIRL’,’BABY BOY’ or ‘BABY GIRL’) followed by the Selection (articles are grouped by Family / ‘COLLECTION’, ‘BRAND’ and ‘FEATURES’)
2. SELECT A PRODUCT:
Click on the image to see product details: additional images,sizes, availability, product code, colors, price, …
Select the Size and then the ‘BUY’ buttom.
3. LOGIN:
You must provide your Customer Details.
Once you are registered, you can start adding products to your Shopping Bag.
4. CHECKOUT / PAYMENT:
You can ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ at any time.
Choose your payment method: Visa, Paypal or Multibanco (Portuguese system).
5. ORDER CONFIRMATION:
You can request a “Gift pack” or additional “Delivery instructions / Notes”.
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

The Client is responsible for the delivery of returned goods.

All prices are given in EUR and include the legally applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).
Shipping costs are not included and must be added to the final amount of the purchase.
Orders and deliveries are possible to any country, subject to previous confirmation of the availability of goods and effective shipping costs.
Lamar reserves the right not to accept an order if an item is not available.
If Lamar is not able to execute an order, we will inform you as quickly as possible.
Orders are accepted only in quantities usual for households.
All items purchased via the Lamar online store may be returned to the following address within 14 days following their purchase and with no need for justification.
Excluded from returns are underwear and swimwear (unless sealed).

Please also note that all returned goods must be in a condition that corresponds to normal use for checking the goods - as is usual in conventional stores for the purpose of trying them on - and must have their original label attached.
If the goods have deteriorated due to a more extensive use, we reserve the right to demand compensation.
In case of a legitimate return, any payments, goods, or services provided by either counterpart are to be returned and compensation made for any benefits derived (e.g. benefits of use).
In case of deterioration of the goods, Lamar can demand compensation.
This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is attributable only to the checking of the goods - for instance, as would be usual in a conventional store. Otherwise, you can avoid liability to provide compensation by not using the goods like an owner and by avoiding anything that impairs their value.
As a rule, goods are dispatched on the same day or the day after processing the order.
Delivery time will depend on the destination address and delivery method.
If the delivered items have obvious material or production defects, which may include damages occurred during transportation, please report such problems to us immediately by email or telephone.
However, even if you neglect to make such complaint, your legal rights remain unaffected.
All personal data is treated confidentially, and your rights to protection of your justified concerns are strictly observed in accordance with legal requirements.
The data needed to process the business transactions is stored and, in the course of processing the order, may be forwarded to affiliated companies or our service partners.
Beyond the purposes mentioned, we also use your data for marketing purposes, especially for the purpose of advertising Lamar offers.
You can object to or withdraw your permission for the processing or forwarding and other use of your data for marketing purposes at any time by notifying Lamar via geral@lamar.pt
After receiving your objection or withdrawal, we will no longer use and process the affected data for marketing purposes and will immediately cease sending further advertising media without delay.
If the Lamar pages contain links to other websites, Lamar hereby disclaims any responsibility for the layout or content of those websites.
This statement applies to all links displayed and to all website contents to which links refer.
The contractual relationship between the customer and Lamar shall be governed by Portuguese law, excluding the United Nations Convention on the International Sales of Goods.
Promotional offers from Lamar are limited to one per customer and per order. Promotional offers and discounts are not applicable to gift certificates and vouchers. It is not allowed to combine offers and promotional codes on the same order.
